Boundaries
Leaders are responsible for their world. everyone is a leader.
Women’s responsibility as it relates to setting and upholding boundaries breaks down in two ways.
One: Woman downplay their responsibility. This tendency has roots in how women are conditioned by society. For example,“a woman’s job is to make others happy.” When boundaries create conflict, women can feel like they are failing at this “essential” job.
Two: Women place responsibility on the wrong things, namely the things you cannot control.
